Teacher in Business Economics at the University of Bergamo, she teacher of Financial Statements and Economic and Financial Analysis, Group Economics and Consolidated Financial Statements, Business Ethics and Microfinance, Sustainability Accounting and Governing Sustainability.
Member of the University Centre for Young Entrepreneurship and Family Entrepreneurship (CYFE – Center for Young & Family Enterprise), she was part of the Board of Directors of a spin-off company with a focus on social studies and research, as well as a member of the Commission for the students’ cultural and social initiatives and activities.
Founder and co-director of the CORES Observatory (Research Group on Consumption, Networks and Practices of Sustainable Economies) of the University of Bergamo, from 2012 she has been taking part in the design and implementation of the research project “Dentro il Capitale delle Relazioni” (Inside the Capital of Relationships).
Member of the working group for the drafting of guidelines for the social and mission reporting of Volunteer Organizations, she is now part of the international research group for the realization of a “Comparative international study involving small business leaders” perception of CSR and business ethics related concepts “. Yves Fassin – Ghent University & Vlerick Leuven Management School Coordinator (Belgium), since 2007 she has been a member of the EBEN SRI Platform on the theme of socially responsible investments.
She was part of the GBS Working Group (Study Group for Social Report) for the drafting of the research document n. 10 on the social reporting of non-profit organizations.
Member of Aidea (Italian Academy of Business Economics), European Business Ethics Network (EBEN), study Group for the Social Report (GBS), Italian Society of Accounting and Business Economics (SIDREA), she is a founding member, member of the board of directors and treasurer of the Italian section of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN).
She is the author of several articles in primary national and international magazines, in particular on the themes of economic sustainability and social responsibility.
